This policy explains what information Miresto Labs collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.This page covers this website. Each of our apps also publishes its own privacy policy, since different apps collect different data — you'll find a link to an app's policy on its product page.

Information We Collect

This website collects nothing about you. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no cookies are set when you browse it. We do not build profiles of visitors, and there is no sign-up or account.

Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking. The site runs no analytics service and no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind.
• No third-party requests. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain, so loading a page doesn't reveal your visit to any other company.
• No cookies for visitors. The only cookie this site can set is a single administrative one, used by us to preview unreleased pages. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
• Email is the only thing you send us. Links on this site open your own email app — nothing is submitted through the website itself. If you choose to write to us, we keep your message and address in order to reply.

One unavoidable exception: like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard server request logs — including your IP address — to deliver pages, protect against abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics (such as how many pages were served, and from which countries). We see only those aggregate figures, never a record of an individual visitor, and we don't use them to identify or track anyone.

How We Use Information

If you email us, we use your message and address for one purpose: to reply to you. Server logs are used only to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we have nothing to sell — we don't collect it in the first place.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. In order to serve the site, Cloudflare processes request logs on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Beyond hosting, this website shares no data with third parties — there are no analytics, advertising, or social media services embedded in it.

Data Retention & Security

If you email us, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on their own short, automatic schedule — we have no ability to search them for an individual visitor. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@mirestolabs.com.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and collects nothing from any visitor — children included. The only way personal information can reach us through this site is if someone chooses to email us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us an email, write to legal@mirestolabs.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
