Email support@mirestolabs.com with as much detail as you can — device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce, if it's a bug.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google directly, through their standard refund process. We're happy to help if you're not sure where to start.
